A New Chapter Begins

Dear friends and valued customers,

After two wonderful years of running Ponca Event Rental, we are excited to announce the next chapter for our business. We have decided to pass the torch to Lance and Molly Lorenz, alongside their new manager, Halle Bakalar, who we know will carry on with the same passion and dedication you've come to trust.

Thank you for being such an important part of our journey! We hope you’ll continue supporting Ponca Event Rental as Halle and her team take the reins. We are confident they will deliver the same exceptional service for your events and celebrations.

While traveling with my adventurous little family, we often attended festivals, special events, weddings, and big backyard parties held by friends and family.

After searching our local market, we just didn't have the same level of access to all the neat party equipment that I found in the big metros. The metro companies would deliver to our area, but WOW, the delivery fee really drove the cost way up.

Even for a basic 50-100 person party, the delivery cost was more than the rental items! I thought our Ponca City market deserved better.

I wanted to cure that problem! With the help of my supportive husband Todd, we set sail to build a new company to serve Ponca City, Kay County and the surrounding areas with all of their special event and backyard party needs.

Off to the races! Our little business is brand new for 2022!

Fun fact: Ponca Event Rental LLC was officially formed/filed on July 4th, 2022. What a lucky date to have on an official document! Who would have known it could be stamped on a major holiday!
